We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer Dispatcher to join our team. The Security Officer Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching security officers to ensure the safety and security of our organization's employees, visitors, and assets.

Job Responsibility
The Security Officer Dispatcher will be responsible for the following tasks:
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security issues.
Respond promptly to emergency calls and alarms.
Dispatch security officers to respond to incidents and provide support as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and security-related activities.
Communicate with security officers and other team members via two-way radio or phone.
Monitor the progress of ongoing incidents and ensure they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as necessary.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Educational Requirement
The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. An associate's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirement
The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a security-related position. Experience in dispatching or emergency services is preferred.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
